With the growing number of abandoned and otherwise empty properties out there, you may need a company experienced in matters of property preservation and we are here to help. We are located in Renton Washington and serve the South King County, West Seattle and East-side areas and would like to invite you to give us a call to discuss your needs. Some of the many services we provide are
On Site- Property Preservation. We can provide inspection reports and repair cost estimations, water damage and mold abatement assessments and fulfill any other request. Our basic services are usually done within 3 days of receiving approval by contract or work order, with before and after photos submitted by request.
Locksmith: We can re-key the doors on a foreclosure home, while installing padlocks on any gates or garage doors, using combo lock boxes
Trash Out / Debris Removal: With the large number of abandoned and vacant homes we provide any services needed to clean up trash and remove debris, to improve interior and exterior of the property.
Janitorial Services: Some homes will need to be cleaned therefore we provide cleaning service that sweeps and mops the floors,
vacuum carpet as well as scrubbing sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers. Window cleaning is another service for front and back of the home.
Winterization / Plumbing: Checking the plumbing system and providing winterization for any wet areas is necessary to make sure that the home is prepared for the cold weather.
Lawn Care Services: We will provide both an initial lawn care service as well as maintain the landscape. Most clients agree that service twice a month is more than sufficient at maintaining the curb appeal necessary to sell the asset for the most amount of money. Services include mowing, removal of clippings, and trimming of shrubbery.
Swimming Pool Maintenance: REO property with a pool is maintained by the operation of the pool, starting the filtration system. Per clients request pool will be drained, cleaned, and refill the pool as necessary. The pool will be cleaned by adding chemicals with a weekly pool service..
Lockouts / Evictions: We can assist the local sheriff if needed with the removal of personal property in accordance with local laws and the client's written instructions.
Repair & Remodeling: Many times a lender just wants to sell a home "as is" with all of its faults. Other times an Asset Manager will recognize that a minimal investment in renovation will pay off at the closing thus we are a licensed, bonded and insured Washington General Contractor and perform all work according to client-approved proposals and local building codes.
