Great quality work!
I used MD Smith on a complete remodel of an investment property, and the quality of work and attention to detail was excellent. The remodel involved gutting the house and completely renovating everything (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, dining room, living room, and bonus room). MD Smith came through, transforming an ugly house into brand new condition. I was able to sell the house for top dollar in record time in a declining market.

Extremely Positive Experience!!!!
When I decided to remodel my kitchen, I knew how I wanted it to look, the products I wanted to use and the overall value it would add to my home but when it came to hiring the contractor for the job it was overwhelming. MD Smith construction came highly recommended from a dear friend who had used them and was very pleased with the results. My piece of mind is very important to me and not once was i disappointed. I received exactly what i wanted. MD Smith held up to all my expectations and I found it to be an extremely positive experience. Thanks again guys!

Amazing transformation!
Md Smith construction renovated my bathroom and i am totally impressed. From my shower fixtures to my beautiful new tile floor they were professional and courteous every step of the way-going the extra mile to ensure i got exactly what i wanted. Thank you so much guys and i look forward to seeing you again!
